Role Summary
In this role, you will be tasked with the timely processing of production orders, ensuring optimal resource utilization, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with relevant regulations. This position is temporary for a duration of 12 months.

Your Responsibilities

Assembly Preparation
  • Accessing and interpreting technical drawings
  • Assessing the availability of components and materials based on production schedules
  • Commissioning necessary parts and materials
  • Adjusting order sequences in response to discrepancies
  • Reporting on the status of Kanban containers
  • Documenting all work processes
  • Coordinating assembly tasks with team members
  • Assembling components per specifications, ensuring accuracy and defect-free output
  • Preparing and adjusting testing and assembly equipment as per guidelines
  • Executing multi-layered component assembly
  • Constructing various modules and products using multi-layered assembly techniques
  • Addressing and rectifying specific defects
  • Documenting non-repairable defects and communicating potential causes to supervisors
  • Transporting materials to subsequent workstations
Quality Assurance
  • Verifying the functionality, quality, and completeness of assembly components
  • Identifying defects in components and products, including tolerance deviations and failures
  • Rectifying defects through part replacement or adjustments
  • Documenting defects by type and frequency
  • Proposing corrective actions
  • Identifying weaknesses in the assembly process and suggesting improvements
Maintenance Duties
  • Performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Your Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in precision assembly
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to act with responsibility
