Role Summary
In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the timely processing of production orders while optimizing resource utilization, adhering to quality standards, and complying with relevant regulations. This position is temporary, lasting for 12 months.

Your Responsibilities
Assembly Preparation
- Retrieve and interpret technical drawings.
- Assess the availability of components and materials based on production schedules.
- Prepare and allocate necessary parts and materials.
- Adjust order sequences as needed to accommodate deviations.
- Monitor and report on Kanban container levels.
- Document assembly processes thoroughly.
- Coordinate assembly tasks with team members.
- Assemble components following precise instructions, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Set up testing and assembly equipment, making adjustments as required.
- Construct multi-layered assemblies and various product modules.
- Identify and rectify defects in components.
- Report non-repairable defects and provide insights to supervisors.
- Transport materials to subsequent workstations.

Quality Assurance
- Verify the functionality, quality, and completeness of assembly components.
- Detect defects in components and products, including tolerance issues and failures.
- Address defects through part replacement or adjustments.
- Maintain documentation of defects by type and frequency.
- Suggest corrective actions for identified issues.
- Propose improvements for assembly processes.

Maintenance Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Ensure a tidy and organized workspace.

Your Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in precision assembly.
- Proficient in written and spoken German.
- Adaptable and flexible in work approach.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Responsible and accountable in task execution.
