As a Precision Assembler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely processing of production orders while optimizing resource utilization, adhering to quality standards, and complying with relevant regulations. This position is offered on a temporary basis for a duration of 12 months.
Your ResponsibilitiesAssembly Preparation- Accessing and interpreting technical drawings
- Assessing the availability of components and materials in accordance with production schedules
- Commissioning necessary parts and materials
- Adjusting order sequences in response to any discrepancies
- Monitoring Kanban containers and reporting their status
- Documenting all assembly processes
- Coordinating assembly tasks with fellow team members
- Executing assembly of components per specifications, ensuring accuracy and defect-free output
- Setting up testing and assembly equipment, making adjustments as required
- Assembling complex multi-layered components
- Creating various modules and products with multi-layered assembly components
- Identifying and rectifying specific defects
- Reporting irreparable defects and communicating potential causes to supervisors
- Transporting materials to subsequent workstations
- Verifying the functionality, quality, and completeness of assembly components based on provided guidelines
- Detecting defects in components and products, including tolerance deviations and failures
- Rectifying defects through part replacement or adjustments
- Documenting defects by type and frequency
- Proposing corrective actions
- Identifying weaknesses in the assembly process and suggesting improvements
- Conducting routine maintenance and cleaning of work areas
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
- 1-2 years of experience in precision assembly
- Proficient in written and spoken German
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Strong teamwork capabilities
