Role Summary:
As a Precision Assembler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely processing of production orders while optimizing resource utilization, adhering to quality standards, and complying with relevant regulations. This position is temporary, offering a 12-month engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assembly Preparation:
- Accessing and interpreting technical drawings.
- Assessing the availability of components and materials based on production schedules.
- Commissioning necessary parts and materials.
- Adjusting order sequences as needed.
- Documenting work processes and reporting on Kanban container statuses.
- Coordinating assembly activities with team members.
- Executing assembly tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Setting up and adjusting testing and assembly equipment according to specifications.
- Handling multi-layered components and custom products.
- Identifying and rectifying defects.
- Communicating non-repairable defects to supervisors.
- Transporting materials to subsequent workstations.
- Quality Assurance:
- Verifying the functionality and quality of assembly components.
- Detecting defects in components and products.
- Addressing defects through part replacement or adjustments.
- Documenting defect types and frequencies.
- Proposing corrective actions and improvement suggestions.
- Maintenance Duties:
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in precision assembly.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Demonstrated responsibility in task execution.
