As the Head of Automation, Digital and Data Science, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation projects and fostering a culture of innovation within our dynamic team.

Your Impact
  • Establish Global Standards: Implement best practices for automation across all operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Drive Project Success: Develop comprehensive project plans and documentation for automated systems, guiding implementation from conception to completion.
  • Optimize Data Management: Design and automate data management processes, enhancing data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
  • Enhance Existing Technologies: Continuously evaluate and optimize existing automation technologies, maximizing their performance and value.
  • Ensure System Reliability: Guarantee the availability and efficiency of automation systems and processes, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Safeguard Data Integrity: Implement robust access controls and virus protection measures to safeguard sensitive data within automation systems.
Your Expertise
  • Proven track record of success in automation and digitalization projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, and programming languages relevant to automation.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
