Sales Development Representative

AUCTA GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Berlin and Madrid. As a startup founded in 2019, we aim to enable industrial companies to leverage the value of their CAD data beyond the engineering department.
We are looking for experienced sales hunters to help us grow our customer base and reach the next stage as a company.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Development Representative at AUCTA GmbH, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying relevant leads and building customer relationships early in the sales funnel
- Helping to make AUCTA's sales and growth strategy more sustainable
- Contributing to our journey from 1 to 100 customers
- Trying, evaluating, and refining sales hypotheses and channels
A relevant applicant will bring:
- Prior B2B / Enterprise Sales Experience
- German language proficiency (native level) + English basic business proficiency
- Proactive working style towards tangible results
- Highly motivated and engaged attitude
