As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and motivating project engineers, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage project engineers and the project team
* Ensure project goals, budgets, and schedules are met
* Define and track project goals, budgets, and cost
* Ensure solution-driven customer communication and customer management
* Be responsible for project execution using milestone reviews and project tools
* Support the improvement of project management processes

Requirements:

* University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar subject with a technical business background
* Several years of experience as an engineer, product manager, or project manager
* Solid technical/engineering competencies
* Experience with interdisciplinary teams and external customer projects
* Proficient English language skills
* Basic understanding of mechatronic systems and industrial manufacturing
* Basic experience or interest in Agile Management
