The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern. As an Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front-office and back-office activities, and supporting the team in maintaining the campervans in top condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our guests, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Front-Office Activities: Handle customer inquiries, process payments, and explain campervan functionalities and terms and conditions.
  • Back-Office Activities: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campervans and road trip extras, and maintain the campervans in top condition.
  • Support Activities: Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English and have a valid driver's license.
  • You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are able to multitask.
  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
