Logistics Operations Coordinator

Die Outbound Supply Chain bei Picnic ist wie ein komplexes logistisches Puzzle, das präzise koordiniert werden muss. In der Rolle des Logistics Operations Coordinator sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, die Abläufe so effizient wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen internen Partnern, wie unseren Distributionszentren (DCs), Fulfillment-Centern (FCs) und Last Mile Hubs, sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen. Durch den Einsatz unserer hauseigenen Systeme haben Sie die Möglichkeit, innovative Verbesserungen innerhalb unserer Lieferkette zu initiieren und diese in Form von Projekten umzusetzen. Ihre Aufgaben reichen von der Optimierung der Lkw-Auslastung bis hin zur Reduzierung von Leerlaufzeiten und der Durchführung von kurz- und langfristigen Projekten, um die Betriebsabläufe von Picnic kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Ihre Aufgaben- Koordination der Picnic-Lieferkette mit einem besonderen Fokus auf unser Transportnetzwerk zwischen den Fulfillment-Centern und Last Mile Hubs
- Pflege und Stärkung der logistischen Beziehungen zu unseren Transportpartnern
- Verwaltung des täglichen Zeitplans zwischen den verschiedenen Picnic-Standorten
- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Leitung von Optimierungsprojekten zur langfristigen Verbesserung unserer Transportabläufe
- Sie werden sowohl von unserem Fulfillment-Center als auch aus dem Home Office arbeiten und Zeit mit unseren Transportpartnern in den Fulfillment-Centern und Last Mile Hubs verbringen, da hier unsere Lieferungen beginnen und enden
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Logistik
- 0-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im logistischen Umfeld oder in verwandten Bereichen
- Dank Ihres Planungsgeschicks finden Sie auch in stressigen Situationen geeignete Lösungen
- Ihr selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Ihre ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten unterstützen Sie dabei, Herausforderungen und Projekte mit allen beteiligten Partnern zu besprechen
- Verfügbarkeit für eine Vollzeitstelle und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (06:00 - 14:30 Uhr; 14:30 - 23:00 Uhr)
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
