About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our Support Team at Ingentis Softwareentwicklung. As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to our customers via various channels, including tickets, emails, and phone calls.
  • Configure and install our software solutions at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration with their existing IT infrastructure.
  • Assist customers in using our software, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Develop customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Identify and report potential bugs and issues to our development team, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with our sales team during the pre-sales phase, conducting product demos and installing test environments to showcase our solutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven experience in customer support, IT consulting, or a related field, preferably in a B2B and digital environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and software applications.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
