We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless operation of their IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Solution Development: Analyze client requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain our cloud platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with our project team to plan and implement complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Technology Deployment: Assist in the design, deployment, and documentation of new technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed training as an IT specialist in systems integration, IT systems technician, or IT service technician, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Strong experience with Microsoft server and client operating systems, network and firewall technologies, and ITIL ticketing systems.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge of Windows and Linux servers, basic scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell), and fluency in written and verbal German.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly service-oriented, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
