Position: IT Infrastructure Product Consultant (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of internal IT infrastructure products, including servers, storage solutions, and networking equipment.
- Act as the primary liaison between service providers and users, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Identify and analyze internal customer requirements to develop tailored infrastructure solutions.
- Set strategic objectives for existing and new products through comprehensive market analysis and requirement evaluations, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Create and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product portfolio.
- Coordinate with various teams and external partners involved in product delivery.
- Serve as the escalation point for incidents and problems within IT service management processes related to your product area.
- Collaborate with clients to produce detailed product documentation and service agreements.
Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science or equivalent expertise, complemented by several years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in both German and English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT architecture and solution design, with a solid grasp of IT technologies.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure operational processes and requirements.
- Experience in IT sales is advantageous, along with a strong inclination towards sales-related tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and experience with agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
