Position: IT Infrastructure Product Consultant (m/f/d)

With a workforce exceeding 700 professionals, we support AOK users across various federal states, ensuring seamless IT operations. Our commitment to safety, adaptability, and innovation drives our daily operations, allowing us to meet our clients' unique needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of internal IT infrastructure products within the organization, including servers, storage solutions, and networking equipment.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal products and services, coordinating between service providers and users.
- Identify and analyze internal customer requirements to inform infrastructure development.
- Set strategic objectives for both existing and new products through comprehensive environmental assessments and requirement evaluations, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for product monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate efforts among all teams and sourcing partners involved in product delivery.
- Serve as the incident and problem coordinator within IT service management (ITSM) processes in case of escalations.
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive product documentation and service agreements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, complemented by several years in a relevant professional role.
- Fluency in both German and English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IT architecture and solution design, with a solid grasp of IT technologies.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure operational processes and requirements.
- Experience in IT sales is advantageous, along with a strong inclination towards sales-related tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive communication style, and a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and experience in agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
