We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Credit Operations Specialist to join our team at Raisin Bank. As a key member of our Operations Lending and Operations Fronting teams, you will play a crucial role in supporting our credit processing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding Support: You will assist in recording customer data, reviewing and verifying customer documents and forms for accuracy and validity.
- Process Improvement: You will contribute to the development of processes and procedures to enhance our credit operations.
- Creditworthiness Analysis: You will analyze creditworthiness information and process data on company structures and key figures.
- Evaluation and Reporting: You will create evaluations and support the preparation of presentations and reports.
- You will gain hands-on experience in the banking environment, specifically in the context of a service bank for FinTechs and start-ups.
- You will learn from experienced colleagues in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- You will have the flexibility to divide your weekly hours as needed.
- You are currently studying economics or law.
- You have at least 1.5 years until the end of your studies.
- You possess good MS Office skills and enjoy working with various IT applications.
- You are proficient in numbers and have strong analytical skills.
- You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are open, proactive, and communicative, with a strong desire to contribute to the team's success.
- You are reliable and work conscientiously and accurately.
- You are available to work between 15 and 20 hours a week and are flexible to work between Monday and Friday.
