About the Role
We are looking for a Total Experience Solution Strategist to join our team in Hamburg. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing the entire digital user experience. You will work closely with our Content, Paid Advertising, SEO, and Experience teams to develop innovative strategies for complex customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product portfolio for Total Experience solutions and establish our thought leadership in this area.
- Develop and implement customer-centric go-to-market strategies for our Total Experience (TX) services.
- Be the internal evangelist for Total Experience.
- Position Total Experience externally as a solution for effective engagement, activation, and optimization of all digital measures for our customers through a combination of DXP and Martech technologies with persona-centered content and performance marketing campaigns.
- Represent us at pitches, customer meetings, and events and position diva-e as a market maker in the CX and Total Experience space.
- Identify market trends and competitor analyses as well as analyze customer feedback to optimize our portfolio.
- Support Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) in creating offers and presentations. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and find suitable solutions.
Requirements
- You are a team player. One for all, all for one - that's your motto.
- You have several years of experience in the field of digital products and services such as Customer Experience, Digital Growth, or Full Funnel Marketing as well as in Go-to-Market Management.
- You have experience in product management or product marketing as well as in sales or consulting with large customers.
- You are passionate about building thought leadership in the CX/TX area and are enthusiastic about digital trends and their potential.
- You convince through your ability to clearly explain complex topics and confidently present in front of large audiences in German and English.
- You stand out through your communicative skills and team skills, including successful stakeholder management.
- International experience is an asset.
