Job Title: Global Client Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Client Executive to join our team at NetApp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our products and professional services to a select group of large, global enterprise customers. Your ability to penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with assigned customers to capture sales opportunities and develop new selling relationships within assigned partner accounts.
  • Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations and penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts.
  • Schedule and attend sales call appointments with prospects, working closely with other members of the sales team to help qualify opportunities.
  • Determine if customers have a valid business need for NetApp products and professional services, and propose evaluation test projects to enable customers to test products in their own environments.
  • Build and strengthen business relationships with existing accounts, following up to ensure all post-sales needs are being met.
  • Recommend marketing strategies and provide status information to your manager, including forecast and pipeline information.
  • Provide training opportunities for your accounts and identify NetApp customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.

Requirements:

  • A BS degree and a minimum of 10 years of related field sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions, working closely with district managers, sales representatives, and channel partners.

Compensation:

The OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $330,000 - $445,000, and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.

Location:

This position is based in the greater New York City area with global account responsibility.
