Job Title: Client Director

At TCC Global, we are seeking an experienced Client Director to join our Sales team in the Adria region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing and loyalty concepts to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow presence in existing channels and identify new business opportunities in the Adriatic and Ionian Region.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to design and implement new sales strategies and plans, including the development of new types of campaigns.
  • Target new clients and analyze potential business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to develop new sales strategies and close profitable deals.
  • Take responsibility for profit and loss, ensuring the successful finalization of projects and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Sales, Marketing Manager or Key Account Manager.
  • Experience with the region's food retail market and selling services with strong client orientation.
  • Complex sales experience, including the development of tailor-made projects.
  • Deep understanding of retail marketing and business development mindset.
  • Competitive mindset with the desire to win and strong analytical skills.
  • Diplomatic negotiation skills and ability to convince and get results.
  • Fluent in English and German (communication/selling/negotiating) is a must, with Greek being a big plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
