Your Key Responsibilities...
- You will take charge of calculating pricing for menus and beverages, considering new order costs, stock levels, and other relevant factors.
- Ensuring accurate processing of invoices will be a critical part of your role.
- You will conduct inventory assessments and assist in regular stocktaking.
- Providing essential data, figures, and calculations will help facilitate a realistic forecast for food and beverage operations.
- Collaboration with hotel management and procurement teams will be necessary to anticipate trends, manage inventory, and enhance purchasing strategies.
- You will maintain professional communication with suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
- As a knowledgeable resource for the F&B department, you will be their go-to contact.
- Generating reports and statistical analyses will be part of your duties.
- Identifying and documenting any discrepancies you observe will be essential.
- Trustworthiness is paramount, and you will ensure that all confidential information remains secure.
