About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Application Operations team as an IT Operations Assistant. In this role, you will support the team in daily user support tasks and new automation projects, including scripting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to internal reporting and improve its automation.
  • Solve 2nd level incidents and provide timely support to internal customers.
  • Design and implement new processes and workflows in several tools and environments.
  • Assist colleagues in maintaining our documentation management system Alfresco.
  • Gain insights into our Jira ticketing tool and Confluence, our tool for sharing knowledge.
  • Support the team in implementing an automated recertification process for roles granted to our Alfresco system.
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university, with a focus in informatics or a relevant field.
  • Completed at least 2 semesters or hold a Bachelor degree and be enrolled for a Master degree.
  • Practical experience in scripting, system administration, and webservices is a plus.
  • Interest in IT and operations, with a passion for providing state-of-the-art services to internal customers.
  • Pro-active in learning and highly self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar demand management tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
