About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Operations Assistant to join our team at Raisin Bank. As a Credit Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Lending and Operations Fronting teams in their various tasks around customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding Support: You will independently record customer data and review customer documents and forms for accuracy and validity.
  • Process Improvement: You will be involved in various projects and contribute to the further development of processes.
  • Creditworthiness Analysis: You will support the preparation of customer analyses, view creditworthiness information, and process information on company structures and key figures.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: You will create evaluations and support the preparation of presentations and reports.

Requirements
  • You are studying economics or law.
  • You have at least 1.5 years until the end of your studies.
  • You have good MS Office skills and enjoy working with various IT applications.
  • You are good with numbers.
  • You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English.
  • You work independently but also like to work in a team.
  • You are open, proactive, and communicative. You like to get involved and actively look for solutions to problems.
  • You can be relied on - you are reliable and you work conscientiously and accurately.
  • You are available between 15 and 20 hours a week and are flexible to work between Monday and Friday.
