About the JobWe are seeking a seasoned Sales Agent with a strong background in B2B sales to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business clients in the DACH region, conducting sales activities, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your primary responsibilities as a Senior Sales Executive will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the DACH region.
- Conducting B2B sales activities, focusing on cold calling and upselling to drive revenue growth.
- Meeting KPIs by offering tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Collaborating closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Requirements- German Fluency (C1/C2): Essential for effective communication with clients.
- English Proficiency (B2): Required for daily interactions and correspondence.
- B2B Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, including cold calling and upselling.
- EU Citizenship or Valid Residence Permit: Necessary for employment in Greece.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills for successful client relationships.
- Target-Driven Attitude: A driven individual who consistently meets targets and strives for excellence.
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday with rotating shifts: 9:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, or 11:00-19:00. You will work 40 hours per week, with 8 hours per day, providing a healthy work-life balance.
