About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategist and Team Lead to oversee all content creation and strategy across our company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our brand perception.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial topics, strong background in content marketing, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of writers and editors. You will ensure that all content meets business goals, engages target audiences, and is aligned with our company's brand tone of voice.

As Digital Content Strategist and Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy across the complete customer lifecycle
  • Leading the creation of editorial finance content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance
  • Collaborating with other marketing teams to create compelling advertising copy that drives customer acquisition and engagement
  • Overseeing UX copywriting efforts, ensuring seamless user experience on digital interfaces
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in content creation, with significant focus on editorial finance content
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies in a digital corporate or agency environment
  • Experience leading and developing a team of content professionals
  • Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulations
  • Embracing AI-supported workflows for productivity and quality improvement
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with keen eye for detail
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO, and analytics tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per year

Benefits: Employee Development Budget of €2,000, four full training days per year, access to Babbel for continuous language learning, flexible working hours, home office, 28 vacation days, and more.
