Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at UFI Filters Group. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering our sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion in the water electrolysis and fuel cell markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships in the European green hydrogen market.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competition and market trends to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Manage key account activities for European customers and oversee client projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of our product and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role in the green hydrogen industry, with a track record of sales success.
  • Extensive product and market knowledge, with a strong understanding of the water electrolysis and fuel cell markets.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a strong customer and service orientation.
