About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team at GHARAGE Vision Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovation strategies, identifying and evaluating new technologies and trends to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovation strategies to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and manage innovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met
  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, new technologies, market dynamics, and human behavior to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with our diverse teams to develop new concepts, products, and services
  • Build relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, presenting innovation initiatives and progress to senior management and stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging innovative and creative thinking, and staying updated on relevant literature and studies
Requirements
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and forward-thinking individual with an innovative mindset and a curious attitude towards visionary trends, human insights, emerging technologies, and change
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in innovation management or consultancies managing projects with a focus on innovation and technologies or a comparable area
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining efficiency with high standards in quality and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convince external and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
