Job Summary:

Nordex Group is seeking a skilled Strategic Procurement Lead to develop and implement global sourcing strategies that drive sustainable relationships with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical purchasing, preferably in services purchasing, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers.
  • Interface and coordinate between suppliers and the Service department to ensure services availability for tower inspections, preventive, and corrective services.
  • Manage tenders for suppliers, including RFI and RFQ.
  • Lead negotiations and establish supplier framework agreements and prices.
  • Closely collaborate with the Service department to guarantee the best understanding of business needs and objectives.
  • Drive continuous cost and performance improvements by analyzing cost drivers, processes, and specifications for improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in technical purchasing, preferably in services purchasing.
  • Related strategic sourcing experience, including supplier qualification and development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiating skills, as well as cost and quality awareness.
  • Strong intercultural skills.
  • Very independent, structured, and goal-oriented.
