Job Title: Head of Creative and Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Creative and Strategy to lead our creative and strategic unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a team of creatives, developing and implementing innovative strategies, and driving business growth through creative and design services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative and strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
  • Manage and lead a team of creatives to deliver outstanding creative and design services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative and strategic offerings remain competitive and innovative
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in a creative or strategic role, preferably in the agency sector
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful creative and strategic plans
