About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at deeploi GmbH in Berlin. As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Own the development of our long-term corporate strategy and department alignment via OKRs, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financing function, ensuring smooth financial operations, including financial planning and investor relations.
  • Business Administration: Manage the overall administration of our business, including people operations, legal functions, and compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a top-tier consulting and/or management role in a competitive startup environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Personal Qualities: Hands-on mentality, ability to work on strategic and operative tasks, and strong project management skills.
