Job Title: Head of Credit Operations

Department: Global Customer Finance

Location: Remote or EEA country of operation

Travel: 30% to 40%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Credit Operations Framework to drive business growth and risk management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute multi-stage Credit Operations strategies.
  • Provide strategic oversight for localization initiatives and ensure alignment with global business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in credit operations, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and professional curiosity, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Fluency in English, French, Swahili, or Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools, with experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
