Customer Success Manager

Xentral ERP Software GmbH is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their business goals through the effective use of our ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our customers in achieving their business objectives by providing expert guidance on the use of our ERP software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
