At Amazon Development Center Germany GmbH, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team of software development engineers. As a software development engineer intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced software development engineers on projects that matter to our customers
  • Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using industry-leading technologies
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and services

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
  • Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
  • Experience with real-time operating systems, Linux, operating systems kernels, security, C, C++, Python, Bash, embedded development, Linux, and kernel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous technical internship(s) if applicable
  • Experience with distributed, multitiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases
  • Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
