Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role
CHINT is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business in the new energy and renewable energy sectors, specifically in rooftop solar, EV-charging, and energy storage solutions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and business development plans to increase our market share and expand our customer base.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing professionals to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze market information to identify high-quality projects that align with our company's strategic development and mission objectives.
- Transform standardized industry solutions into personalized application solutions suitable for the energy industry in the region, and drive the transformation from solutions to sales performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the renewable energy segment, and work closely with our team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the electric vehicle industry or energy storage industry.
- Deep market understanding of EV charging technology or energy storage related businesses, with the ability to clearly understand market and customer needs.
- Proven track record in sales and partner development of complex technology solutions.
- Ability to negotiate with key customers to reach deals, and develop and manage key customers in the industry.
- Native German, fluent in English.
- Driver's license and ability to travel for long periods.
