Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and driven working student to take on the role of Founder’s Associate. This position involves close collaboration with our founders to effectively communicate our vision both internally and externally. If you are a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a competitive edge, we would love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Contributions
With your assistance, we aim to enhance the visibility of STABL's technology and promote our mission. As we enter the market and strive for rapid growth, we require constant, solution-focused adjustments to our work processes and the highest level of automation in a forward-thinking environment.
Your tasks will include:
- Collaborating directly with our managing directors and founders on a variety of assignments (e.g., meeting preparations, communication, research, event organization).
- Creating engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey the intended message in a concise and visually appealing manner.
- Assisting founders with strategic and operational tasks to allow them to focus on critical decisions and priorities.
What You Bring
We seek an individual who is self-motivated, persistent, and eager to learn. You are passionate about contributing to meaningful, innovative projects and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.
- Currently pursuing studies in a technology-related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science), ideally with some exposure to business administration, management, communication, or psychology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in data visualization.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and concepts, with a focus on detailed and thorough work.
- Skilled in the design and refinement of PowerPoint presentations, both in terms of content and aesthetics.
- Experience in a start-up environment or in consulting roles related to operations or administration is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and proficient in Business English.
