Position Overview
We are in search of a proactive and driven working student to serve as a Founder’s Associate. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our founders to articulate our vision both internally and externally. If you possess a strong sense of initiative, positivity, and a competitive mindset, we would love to connect with you.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Contributions
Your involvement will help us promote the STABL technology and share our vision effectively. As we enter the market and experience rapid growth, your role will involve adapting work processes and optimizing automation in a modern, agile environment.
Your tasks will include:
- Collaborating directly with our managing directors and founders on a variety of assignments (e.g., meeting preparations, communication, research, event organization).
- Creating engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate our messages in a clear and visually appealing manner.
- Assisting founders with strategic and operational responsibilities, allowing them to focus on critical decisions and tasks.
What You Bring
We seek an individual who is self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. You thrive on working with meaningful, innovative projects and are passionate about continuous development. At STABL, you will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge and creativity.
- Currently pursuing studies in a technology-related discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science), ideally with some exposure to business administration, management, communication, or psychology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong data visualization capabilities.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and concepts, with a focus on detailed and thorough work.
- Experience in designing and refining PowerPoint presentations (both content and aesthetics).
- Previous experience in a start-up or consulting environment, particularly in operations or administration, is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and proficient in Business English.
