Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and motivated working student to take on the role of a Founder’s Associate. This position involves collaborating closely with our founders to effectively communicate our mission both internally and externally. If you are driven, optimistic, and competitive, we would love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Contributions
With your assistance, we aim to enhance the visibility of STABL's technology and promote our vision. As we enter the market and strive for rapid growth, we require constant, solution-oriented adjustments to our workflows and the highest level of automation in a modern, agile environment.
Your tasks will include:
- Collaborating directly with our managing directors and founders on a variety of tasks, including meeting preparations, communication, research, and event organization.
- Designing engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey our messages, focusing on both content and aesthetic.
- Assisting founders with strategic and operational initiatives, thereby freeing up their time for critical decision-making.
Your Profile
We seek an individual who is self-motivated, resilient, and curious. You are passionate about contributing to meaningful, innovative projects and are enthusiastic about continuous learning. At STABL, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and creativity effectively.
- Currently pursuing studies in a technology-related discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) with a beneficial background in business administration, management, communication, or psychology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong data visualization capabilities.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and concepts, demonstrating attention to detail.
- Skilled in the creation and refinement of PowerPoint presentations, both in design and content.
- Experience in a start-up environment or in consulting roles related to operations or administration is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and proficient in Business English.
