Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated and resourceful working student to take on the role of Founder’s Associate. This position will involve close collaboration with our founders to effectively communicate our mission and objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour Contributions
With your assistance, we aim to promote STABL's technology and vision. As we enter new markets and scale our operations, your role will be crucial in adapting our processes and automating tasks in a rapidly evolving environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating directly with our founders and managing directors on a variety of tasks, including meeting preparations, communication, research, and event organization.
- Designing engaging and professional PowerPoint presentations that clearly convey our messages.
- Assisting founders with both strategic and operational responsibilities, allowing them to focus on critical decisions.
What We Are Looking For
We seek an individual who is proactive, persistent, and eager to learn. You should be passionate about contributing to meaningful projects and committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Currently pursuing studies in a technology-related discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) with some exposure to business administration or management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in data visualization.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and concepts, with a focus on detailed and thorough work.
- Experience in creating and refining PowerPoint presentations, both in terms of design and content.
- Prior experience in a startup or consulting environment is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and proficient in Business English.
