Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager - Supplier to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a key member of our Supplier Quality Assurance Team, you will be responsible for planning and managing overall activities, processes, and human resources to ensure our suppliers meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks associated with supplier components.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality management systems and processes.
  • Work with suppliers to develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers on quality management best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure their quality performance meets our expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • APQP expertise and knowledge of VDA processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.
