Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Supplier Development Manager to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a key member of our Supplier Quality Assurance Team, you will be responsible for planning and managing overall activities, processes, and human resources to ensure the quality and reliability of our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and assessments to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers to ensure they meet our quality and reliability standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and supplier development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • APQP expertise and knowledge of VDA and qualification of VDA process auditor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
