About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager (M/F) to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, working closely with colleagues to achieve their needs.
  • Serving as the key point of contact for clients in your portfolio.
  • Maintaining a high standard of quality for all deliverables.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting their expectations.
  • Liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries during the setup of new Luxembourg Companies.
  • Caring for day-to-day client operations and communicating with third parties.
  • Preparing regular accounts and collaborating with clients and the team on periodic reports and regulatory reports.
  • Preparing periodic and year-end financial statements, coordinating audits, and reviewing related reports.
  • Organizing and participating in board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
  • Assisting with general office duties.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of a 4-year degree in Accounting or a dual diploma in Business and Law with a strong accounting background.
  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience gained within the trust, fiduciary, or banking industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with individuals at all corporate levels.
  • Fluency in French and English (both oral and written); German is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent commitment to providing exceptional service, self-initiative, and team spirit.
  • Organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Proficient level in working with MS Office applications.
  • The title of Chartered Accountant is highly valued.
