Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, checking, and dispatching document archives on USB sticks according to incoming customer orders. You will also communicate with customers via email and telephone regarding delivery details, ensuring the blacklining of confidential customer documents. Additionally, you will take part in logistical activities, such as the organisation of parcel shipments, and offer support with filing and archiving activities.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is currently enrolled in an accredited degree programme and has very good IT skills, especially with MS Office. You should enjoy working independently and identifying and solving problems. You must also deal with confidential information with the highest discretion and speak business fluent German and be fluent in written and spoken English.
