Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Talon GmbH in Berlin. This full-time on-site position is responsible for ensuring seamless office operations, including managing vendors, maintaining office security, and overseeing inventory and storage management.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in German and English, and have experience in office management or front desk roles. A valid category B driver's license is also required.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome visitors warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure a clean and spotless environment by partnering with our external cleaning team
- Manage relationships with building management and office security
- Maintain a fully stocked office and kitchen
- Efficiently manage mail shipping and receiving
- Serve as the go-to person for employees and management on all office matters
- Drive Employee Health, Safety, and Security guidelines
- Participate in event strategy design, planning, and execution
