Job Description
The Chief Operations Coordinator will be the heart of our office, ensuring our team can work in a productive and inspiring environment.
This role involves supporting day-to-day operations, organizing team events, and coordinating research and travel to guarantee our office runs optimally and reflects our values.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate daily office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a welcoming environment.
Organize company events (team-building, celebrations) and procure branded items.
Assist with travel bookings, schedule coordination, and presentation prep for leadership.
Support new hires, welcome visitors, and continuously improve office processes.
