Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead our Food Ingredients Distribution team in Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for developing food products.

  • Develop and execute commercial and product strategies for specified ingredients.
  • Analyze market trends and product ranges to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Visit customers to understand their needs and create value propositions.
  • Participate in production trials and implement small-scale trials in the application kitchen.
  • Manage projects in close cooperation with the Customer Service Manager.
  • Align sales strategies with Product Managers and Country Managers.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Food Technology, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high willingness to travel.
