Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Country Manager to lead our Food Ingredients team in Germany. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial and product strategies for specified ingredients.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned product groups in Germany.
  • Analyze market trends and product ranges to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Visit customers to understand their needs and create value propositions.
  • Participate in production trials and implement small-scale trials in the application kitchen.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to manage projects and align sales strategies.
  • Responsible for market strategy, purchasing, and selling of assigned product groups in Germany.
Requirements
  • Degree in Food Technology.
  • Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High willingness to travel.
  • Very organized, reliable, and positive thinking.
  • Fluent in German and English.
