Als Organic Growth Manager bei LIQID Investments GmbH übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden Kommunikationsstrategie, die die Marke LIQID bei einem relevanten Publikum positioniert und die Reichweite aufbaut. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Marketing-Team zusammen, um die Bereiche PR, Social Media, Content Marketing, Event Marketing und Netzwerk Marketing zu entwickeln und zu optimieren.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Kommunikations- und Content-Strategie: Du entwickelst und setzt eine integrierte Kommunikationsstrategie um, die die Marke LIQID steigert und die Unternehmensziele unterstützt. Deine Verantwortung umfasst die Content-Strategie und -Entwicklung über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg.
  • Social Media: Du arbeitest mit dem Social Media-Team zusammen, um die Reichweite aufzubauen und die Marke LIQID bei den relevanten Plattformen zu positionieren.
  • Event- und Netzwerk Marketing: Du unterstützt das Team bei der Organisation und Planung von Events und entwickelst Strategien für das Netzwerk Marketing.
  • PR: Du arbeitest als Sparring-Partner für den PR-Manager und bringst deine Kontakte und Erfahrung unterstützend mit ein.
  • Teamführung: In deiner Rolle als Lead reportierst du direkt an den Head of Marketing und bist für ein 3-4-köpfiges Team verantwortlich.
Das bringst du mit
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikations- und Content-Strategien.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche oder eine persönliche Affinität zum Thema Geldanlage.
  • Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen PR, Social Media und Event Marketing mit.
  • Du hast nachweislich neue Content-Formate entwickelt und groß gemacht.
  • Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind überzeugend und können sowohl interne als auch externe Stakeholder begeistern.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Teams.
