As the Head of Organic Acquisition at Consultport, you will spearhead our organic growth initiatives by continuously enhancing our strategic content production, SEO (both on-page and off-page), and promoting it across various platforms including social media, blogs, podcasts, and webinars. Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate our comprehensive SEO and content marketing strategy, focusing on both on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Execution: Drive the execution of our SEO and organic growth initiatives to enhance search rankings and boost organic visibility through effective optimization techniques.
  • Website Optimization: Enhance all web-related elements, including user experience, conversion rates, content planning, and the execution of our SEO strategy, as well as optimizing landing pages and acquisition-focused content.
  • Data Analysis: Perform keyword research, evaluate competitor strategies, and pinpoint opportunities for content enhancement.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing for conversion rate improvements and explore innovative methods to scale acquisition.
  • Creative Oversight: Supervise the creation of copy and design, ensuring high quality and alignment with our brand voice and standards while driving acquisition growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide our designers, content creators, and copywriters to improve content quality and user engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze growth and performance metrics related to content and web, providing data-driven recommendations for user growth optimization.
Qualifications

You would be an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • Over 3 years of experience in organic growth marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • A keen eye for high-quality content that effectively attracts and converts users.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within the B2B service sector.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
  • A strong interest in the global consulting industry and emerging work trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.
