In the role of Head of Organic Acquisition at Consultport, you will spearhead our organic growth initiatives by continually refining our strategic content production, SEO (both on-page and off-page), and promoting it across various social platforms, blogs, podcasts, and webinars. Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate our comprehensive SEO and content marketing strategy, emphasizing on-page and off-page tactics.
  • Execution: Lead the execution of our SEO and organic growth strategies to enhance search rankings and boost organic visibility through effective optimization.
  • Optimization: Refine all web-related elements, including improving user experience, increasing conversions, planning content, and executing our SEO strategy, while optimizing landing pages and acquisition-focused content.
  • Analytical Insights: Perform keyword research, evaluate competitor strategies, and uncover opportunities for content enhancement.
  • Experimental Approach: Implement A/B testing for conversion enhancements and experiment to scale acquisition efforts.
  • Creative Oversight: Supervise the creation of copy and design, ensuring high quality and alignment with our brand voice, style, and design standards while driving acquisition growth.
  • Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide our designers, content creators, and copywriters to improve content quality, performance, and user growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess growth and performance metrics of content and web initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for user growth optimization.
Qualifications

You would be an excellent candidate if you possess...

  • 3+ years of experience in organic growth marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, and email marketing.
  • A keen eye for high-quality content that attracts and converts users.
  • Experience in fast-paced settings and the B2B service sector.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • A strong interest in the global consulting industry and emerging work trends.
  • Excellent communication skills (fluency in English and German is essential; French is a plus).
