We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Advise and sell educational products to customers;
- Meet sales targets and sales plan;
- Work with CRM;
- Outbound Sales: You are ready to work with pre-qualified leads and call customers with high potential;
- Inbound Sales: You work partly with warm customer inquiries who are actively interested in our offer and need our help;
- You speak German at a native level and ideally also have a very good knowledge of English;
- You have experience in sales for at least 2 years;
- You enjoy communicating with people and are highly customer-oriented;
- You are an absolute team player who your new team can rely on;
- You know basic sales principles and negotiation skills;
- You have presentation and persuasion skills;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- Fixed salary and additional remuneration for your results with attractive commissions;
- A quality and intelligent product that is a pleasure to sell;
