Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Sales & Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our rapidly expanding team in the realm of renewable energies, Cleantech, and Sustainable Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage individual customer bases through various channels, including phone calls, emails, video conferencing, and social media platforms.
  • Identify customer needs and position relevant services, creating compelling proposals and driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with department heads to design and implement smart sales strategies.
  • Possess strong communication skills, self-confidence, and the ability to persuade customers in online or in-person sales pitches.
  • Organize and execute international trade fair and conference visits.
Requirements
  • Strong affinity for marketing and event management, with a drive to sell services in international markets.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Show analytical and creative thinking, a can-do attitude, and flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Prior experience in renewable energies is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and willing to travel.
  • Passionate about sustainability and energy transition.
  • Hold a university degree in business management or marketing.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with additional language skills advantageous.
