EUPD Research is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **International Sales Assistant** to support our sales operations on a global scale. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our sales, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring the seamless execution of sales processes, efficient client communication, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Sales Support & Coordination**
- Prepare for sales appointments and assist sales representatives during the negotiation phase.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, such as drafting contracts, processing orders, and preparing proposals.
- Responsible for the creation, coordination, and performance reporting of all sales campaign content.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain and update customer files, ensuring accurate and comprehensive information.
- Monitor customer portfolios to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
- Support the promotion of products and services during commercial campaigns, offering recommendations and tailored advice.

**Collaboration & Strategy**
- Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and execution.
- Contribute to the development of new offers and participate in team meetings to share insights and feedback.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience:A minimum of one year in a sales assistant or related administrative role; experience in international trade or as a sales representative is a plus.
- Ability to analyse and synthesize data effectively to aid decision-making.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented:Ensures accuracy in administrative tasks and data management.
- Adaptable:Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Autonomous:Demonstrates independence in handling tasks and decision-making.
- Stress-resilient:Maintains composure and productivity under pressure.
