Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager Controlling Excellence and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our company's strategic growth and excellence in controlling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-in-class controlling structures, processes, and systems to enhance standardization and harmonization of international Controlling and Reporting processes.
  • Lead the development of global reporting into state-of-the-art intelligence, leveraging data analytics and business acumen.
  • Drive global Controlling transformation, initiatives, and projects, aligning with company strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, empowering them to take ownership and drive results.
  • Promote continuous optimization and improvement of Controlling processes, collaborating with Finance colleagues in country organizations.
  • Support training and development of colleagues on new or existing processes, ensuring seamless adoption and execution.
  • Participate in cross-functional optimization projects, working in interdisciplinary and international project teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in External Consulting, Inhouse Consulting, and/or Controlling, with expertise in different controlling areas (e.g., plant, commercial, functional).
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating international project teams or disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (S/4HANA) system, particularly in module CO, with understanding of customizing and high system affinity to planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP SAC, BPC, BW).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business process management (BPM) topics, including process modeling and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and process-oriented skills, with a distinct entrepreneurial and process-related understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, with a holistic thinking approach.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in international and cross-functional cooperation, project management, and moderation in English (C1) and German (B2) languages.
